Wear Resistant Transducers

Wear Resistant Transducers are general purpose transducers that feature permanent, abrasion-resistant wear plates. Users can perform manual inspections of plates, large forgings, billets, and castings. Smaller models, such as finger trip probes, can be used for pipe and tube, tanks, bars, and small forgings applications. Berg carries both North American and European models of wear resistant transducers. These transducers are best match for metals, feature higher gain reserves compared to protective face transducers and offer comfortable grips. Fingertip models are specially designed to access difficult to reach areas. North American styles have BNC connectors in either top or side mount except fingertip which feature side mounted Microdot connectors. European styles have side mounted Lemo 00 connectors and K.K and G.K types have side mounted Microdot connectors.
