NewSonic Mobile Stand UCI Hardness Probe (NS-HH-PROBE-MOBILE)

The NewSonic Mobile Stand UCI Hardness Probes are reliable and provide accurate measurements for hardness testing. The probes are ideal for general, hand-held testing procedures for production, maintenance and quality assurance. NewSonic's handheld probes in a mobile stand are the right solution for quick measurements for a breadth of different measurement points. NewSonic's Mobile Stand UCI Hardness Probes are designed to be highly accurate and guarantee repeatable results that will remain stable over a long period. 

The mobile stand version of the handheld probe enables you to reach specialized measurement positions. Included with the Mobile Stand Probe are 5 probe shoes designed for different applications including shoes for large curvature parts, small curvature parts, wires, flat surfaces and standard. Probes include load options of 1 kgf, 5 kgf, and 10 kgf. Measurements include the entire range of the traditional Vickers hardness scale. Material hardness is tested using the Ultrasonic Contact Impedance (UCI) method. 

The Mobile Stand UCI Hardness Probes work with the SonoDur 3 as well as the SonoDur-R 'Rack' and can be setup with most devices using a standard USB interface. The mobile handheld measurement probes can measure hardness on metal, industrial ceramic and, with restrictions, highly heterogeneous materials such as cast iron (spheroidal graphite cast iron GGG50).
