Penetrant Fluorescent Water Washable

Developed for large surface areas and rough surfaces where excess penetrant is difficult to remove with a solvent removable cleaner or emulsifier, SKL-WP2 is a water-removeable dye penetrant for Type 2 penetrant testing in visible white light.

A high-sensitivity Level 3 penetrant, ZL-67 fluorescent water removeable penetrant is designed to find smaller, finer indications in safety-critical components common to aerospace and engineering applications.

ZL-60D is a fluorescent water-removable penetrant designed for testing rough machined surfaces, such as castings, forgings, and extrusions. It offers medium sensitivity and is easy to wash off, reducing fluorescent background for clearer inspection results.

An ultra-high sensitivity penetrant (Level 4), ZL-56 fluorescent water-washable penetrant is safe for use on alloys in engineering and aerospace use, including aluminum, steel, nickel and titanium.

Magnaflux Zyglo ZL-19 Water Washable Fluorescent Penetrant is safe for use on aluminum, steel, nickel and other alloys.

ZL-15B water washable penetrant is a low-sensitivity penetrant that features excellent washability.

Britemor 446 is a clear, mobile yellow –green liquid in daylight and appears brilliant yellow under UVA light of 365 nm peak wavelength (black light).

This water-washable fluorescent penetrant is designed for detecting surface-open defects in metal and non-porous ceramic components during both manufacturing and overhaul processes.

Ardrox 9702 is a water-washable fluorescent penetrant designed for detecting surface defects in metal and non-porous ceramic components during manufacturing and overhaul.

Ardrox 9703 is a water-washable fluorescent penetrant developed for the identification of surface defects in metal and non-porous ceramic components, applicable during manufacturing and overhaul processes.
