DeFelsko Zero Plates are coating thickness standards for verifying the accuracy and operation of various DeFelsko gages. Zero Plates are an important part in fulfilling ISO/QS-9000 and in-house quality control requirements. Zero Plates are available as uncoated precision machined steel (1018) or aluminum (6061-T6) in small, medium, and large sizes to fit requirements based on the gage or probes being tested. These Plates are also a convenient place for measuring with shims or polystyrene blocks.
All DeFelsko Coating Thickness Standards have measured values traceable to a National Metrology Institution. These Zero Plates are ideal for use in the calibration lab, factory floor, and in the field. Plates are mounted in a protective binder to protect against damage.
