DeFelsko Certified SPG Standards for use with the PosiTector SPG. The Standards are made up of four sapphire test plates mounted in precision ground steel bases. Each test plate is individually serialized for traceability to PTB. These plates are used to verify the accuracy and operation of surface profile depth micrometers, and are labeled in both Imperial and Metric units. These Standards are ideal for use in calibration labs.
