The 5th generation Tramex Skipper Marine Moisture Meter 5 is a dual-depth, non-destructive, safe, and sensitive excess moisture detector for moisture hidden in GRP boat hulls, decks and coach roofs. The Skipper 5 also detects moisture in sandwich or cored structures. A specialized three-electrode array provides both shallow (⅜" / 10 mm ) and deep (1¼" / 30 mm) ability to detect and confirm the depth of any moisture within GRP composites. In addition to its classic moving-coil display, readings can also be sent to Android and iOS devices to the free Tramex App. The Skipper 5 is portable, pocket-sized and is designed for GRP applications. It works as a stand-alone unit and is easy-to-use, requiring no user calibration.
