TheMagnaflux EV6000 MG UV-LED Light Kit is a lightweight UV lamp used in virtually any fluorescent magnetic particle testing. This kit is ASTM E3022, RRES 90061, NADCAP, and OEM certified. The rugged design of the lamp includes fully-sealed, IP65 rated, housing that will withstand the elements. While the custom-designed optics provide intense UV-A coverage, an integrated filter ensures minimal visible light emission to improve inspection reliability. Also utilized are cool-running LEDs, which keep inspection booths from heating up, and a fanless cooling system that further reduces the energy consumption of the lamp while improving operator safety.
The high-intensity LEDs provide one of the widest, most even beams on the market (9"), speeding up inspection time by making indications clearly visible. All EV6000s meet or exceed all current specifications for fluorescent liquid penetrant testing and ship with a manufacturer's certificate of conformance. 14AM magnetic particles and SKC-S cleaner are included as part of the fluorescent penetrant testing kit.
