The Mini features a proprietary CNC-milled and abrasively finished corrosion pattern, delivering lifelike simulation. Despite its smaller size, it offers the same unmatched realism as the full-sized version.

• Efficient Grid Navigation

The scanning surface is equipped with a machine-engraved grid of letters and numbers, allowing users to quickly isolate and identify features in the corrosion pattern. The low point of corrosion is carefully positioned to fall within a single grid cell for clarity and accuracy. This means there is only one correct answer as to where the point of deepest corrosion lies.

• Integrated Step Block for Versatility

Like the full-sized board, the Mini includes a built-in step block with thickness ranges of .075", .150", .225", .300", and .375", engraved in both inches and millimeters. This feature enables accurate calibration and comprehensive testing.

• Cloaking Plate for Blind Testing

The included cloaking plate can be attached to the back of the board to conceal the corrosion pattern during training or qualification, ensuring unbiased results. A laser-engraved QR code on the underside stores the board's serial number and identification details for added anonymity. The serial number is also permanently machine-engraved on the bottom-side in an area that gets covered by the cloaking plate.
