BHN can be determined in a few minutes through the easy process of one hammer blow, measuring the resulting impression, and using a basic equation. Telebrineller test bars are calibrated to ± 2% of the BHN etched into the end of the bar. Designed to be used in the field, the test bars are rugged, with no fragile components or delicate adjustments required.
