    Description

The Waygate Technologies Rhythm Visual Software suite, a Baker Hughes business product (formerly GE Inspection Technologies and Everest), combines advanced image acquisition, review and data management tools for Remote Visual Inspection. Its advanced data sharing capabilities allow significant improvements in productivity and enable faster identification of quality problems, leading to reduced production defects or better in-service asset management.

    Rhythm Acquire

Rhythm Acquire allows users to customize a menu selection of relevant data required to be collected with the image–details such as name of inspector, location, items being inspected, date, time, and defect classification can also entered. The operator is also able to input descriptions along with the image and provide any other additional notes that will be retained with the image in the DICONDE non-proprietary and reliable format.

    Rhythm Review

Rhythm Review accepts data from Rhythm Acquire, other Rhythm Review workstations, and removable media, such as CDs and DVDs. It provides application tools for analysis, enhancement, measurement, reporting and storage of received data.

    Rhythm Archive

Rhythm Enterprise Archive (Rhythm EA) delivers a complete, scalable and flexible DICONDE storage solution for non-destructive testing images and information. Rhythm EA may be used for robust on-site, multi-site, and off-site implementations.

    Report Generator

The automated Report Generator tool allows creation of customized report of findings with Rhythm. Through creation of customized Microsoft Word-based report templates, a user is able to populate a report in a predefined format. By following a few simple steps, the operator will be able to identify what images and image data to present in the report on their own pre-defined report structure (i.e. company identification in header and footers). Report generation can be created real-time at the inspection site on a standard template, both of which improved productivity.

    Features

    • Create Meaningful Visual Inspection Reports with Just a Few Clicks of a Mouse. Easier reporting can provide inspection time savings of up to 20%.
    • Eliminate Post-Inspection Consolidation of Images and Hand-Written Inspection Data.  Record data as you go in a legible, computer-generated form.
    • Correlate RVI Images and Data Precisely with Specific Assets and Components Being Inspected. Information can be stored in databases in a form to facilitate future database searches.
    • Standardise Reporting of Inspection Data to Allow Better Decision-Making. Information is presented in a form that is easy to understand, allowing fast historical comparison and meaningful comparison of reports from different inspectors.
    • Make More Intelligent Use Of Inspection Data. Standardized reports can contain measurement data to allow their use in condition-based maintenance programs, moving RVI from a qualitative to a quantitative inspection technique.
    • E-Mail Data to Interested Third Parties. Up-loaded data can be used for review at a remote quality control location or can be sent to provide client/management confidence in inspection procedures.
    • Grow the System To Suit Your Needs. As the software architecture is scalable and the system is modular, it can be expanded to meet future requirements. And DICONDE compliance ensures that your data will never become obsolete.
