Parker UW-12 Underwater Probe (UW-12)

The UW-12 Contour Probe is a rugged high performance instrument designed for Underwater Magnetic Particle inspection to accepted Nondestructive testing standards.  

The UW-12 model generates a strong, constant DC field and comes equipped with a four-foot Neoprene, #16, two-cord "Pig Tail." This Pig Tail/cord should be used with the user's approved underwater connector or spliced to a #16, two-conductor underwater cable. A fused 12VDC power source, with the correct rating, must be operated by a "top side" switch or an approved underwater switching device.

Special Features

Leg sections are sealed between each laminate to prevent water migration into the unit. A 3′ power cord “pig tail” is molded into the probe body to allow for desired underwater connector or splice to user’s power cable.
