PH Tool Tipsy Step Block (TIPSY)

Special Step Block for thickness and linearity calibration. 

This versatile block contains eight (8) steps. 

The inch version of the block features 1.0, 2.0, 3.0 and 4.0" steps. Then "TIP" it over and get the 1.5, 2.5, 3.5, and 4.5" steps. Step faces measures 1.00" x 1.00".  Step thickness tolerance is ±0.002". 

The metric version of the block features 25.0, 50.0, 75.0 and 100.0mm steps. Then "TIP" it over and get the 37.5, 62.5, 87.5, and 112.5mm steps. Step faces measures 25.0mm x 25.0mm. Step thickness tolerance is ±0.04 mm.

The unversial version of the blocks features  1.0, 2.0, 3.0 and 4.0" steps. Then "TIP" it over and get the 25.0, 50.0, 75.0 and 100.0mm steps. Step faces measures 1.00" x 1.00" (25.4 x 25.4mm). Step thickness tolerance is ±0.002" (0.05mm).
