Special step block for thickness and linearity calibration of thin materials.
The Inch version block comes in thicknesses of 0.040", 0.060", 0.080" and 0.100". Step face measures 0.750" x 0.750".
The Metric version block comes in thicknesses of 1.0mm, 1.5mm, 2.0mm and 2.5mm. Step face measures 20mm x 20mm.
