    Description


    Magnaflux demagnetization units effectively eliminate residual magnetism following Magnetic Particle Inspection. The enhanced design enables continuous coil operation without the need for a duty cycle cool down period or risk of overheating, leading to faster processing for various part sizes and reduced wear on electrical components. For customers utilizing conveyors, integration requires no additional components.

    Demagnetizing ferromagnetic parts and materials is often necessary for final finishing or preparing an item for its intended use. Industrial demagnetization can be challenging without an effective system, particularly when the magnetic field needs to be reduced to a very low level.

    Compact in size and ruggedly built, Magnaflux demagnetizing equipment offers a fast and efficient method for demagnetizing a broad variety of part types and sizes.
