DeFelsko Certified Step Blocks (PT-STEPBLOCK)

DeFelsko Certified Step Blocks are ideal for checking the calibration and operation of ultrasonic thickness gages. These step blocks also fulfill ISO and in-house quality control requirements. DeFelsko Step Blocks are made with 1018 steel. For use with the PosiTector UTG Ultrasonic Thickness Gage.

Step Block B1 (Imperial)

• Ideal for use with PosiTector UTG C, CA, CLF, CX, and M probes
• 100, 200, 300, 400, and 500 mil steps
• Accuracy: +/- 1 mil

Step Block B1M (Metric)

• Ideal for use with PosiTector UTG C, CA, CLF, CX, and M probes
• 2.5, 5, 7.5, 10, and 12.5 mm steps
• Accuracy: +/- 0.025 mm

Thin Step Block P (Imperial)

• Ideal for use with PosiTector UTG P probe
• 40, 60, 80, 100 mils 
• Metric equivalent: 1, 1.5, 2, and 2.5 mm
• Accuracy: +/- 1 mil
