DeFelsko PosiTector Inspection Kits (POSITECTOR-KIT)

PosiTector Inspection Kits allow the user to build the perfect kit to suit their inspection needs. These kits include a gage body, with user's choice of standard or advanced, and are compatible with most DeFelsko probes. The inspection kit comes with an SPG Surface Profile probe and a DPM Environmental Probe. Choices in 6000 Coating Thickness Probes are integral, regular cabled, built-in high-range, or high-range probe (ferrous or ferrous/nonferrous). Standard model gages can store or download up to 1000 readings per probe and Advanced models can store or download up to 250,000 readings in up to 1,000 batches and sub-batches.

DPM

• Ideal for environmental monitoring and surface preparation
• Alarm indicates when climate conditions are unsuitable for painting
• Finds the difference between surface and dew point temperatures

SPG

• Digital depth micrometer that measures and records peak to valley surface profile heights
• Alumina wear face and tungsten carbide tip for continuous accuracy and long life
• Fast measurement rate of over 50 readings per minute

• Uses magnetic and eddy current ideals to easily and precisely measure both ferrous and non-ferrous metals
• No calibration adjustment required for most applications
• Built-in temperature compensation to ensure measurement accuracy
