The PH Tool ERVW Pipe Calibration Blocks are a set of 2 designed for ultrasonic examination around the curve. In applications involving longseam welds in vessels and piping. Both blocks feature Side-Drilled Hole (SDH) reflectors within the novel compound-curves, which vary in thickness. These Variable Wall Pipe Calibration Blocks are lightweight and cover pipe sizes from 6" on the small block, to 56" on the large block. They also offer exceptional signal response and measurement accuracy due to compound outside diameter curves and multiple wall thicknesses that exceed ASME requirements.
