The PH Tool ERVT Calibration block is ideal for use with flat components and piping over 20" OD. This block combines six flat calibration blocks into one with its unique ASME-compliant design. The Variable Thickness Calibration Block features Side-Drilled Hole (SDH) reflectors to provide a more consistent reference target over a wide range of angles. SDHs function as ASME-compliant reflectors for non-piping applications.
Section thicknesses are 0.250", 0.375", 0.500", 0.750", 1.0", and 1.5", covering piping from 0.200" to 2.0". Coverage is based on ASME Section V Art. 4 tolerances.
