    Description

    This FlawTech visual borescope set contains 8 specimens each with a minimum of 2 ID connected flaws. To allow easy viewing during training, each specimen includes a removable plug at each pipe end. Overall, this set has a tolerance of +/- 0.150".

    Specs

    • Material: 304 Stainless Steel
    • NPS 1.5” Sch80 Pipe 
    • Long Radius 90° Elbow
    • Each specimen will have the elbow end sealed with a 0.625” port to allow borescope access.
    • Each specimen will contain a minimum of two (2) ID connected flaws with a combination of pre-service and post-service indications.
    • The pipe end will contain a removable plug for ease of viewing during training and access for larger diameter borescopes.
    • Tolerance +/-0.150”
