The GE Adjustable Copper Shaft Delrin Handle Eddy Current Pencil Probe (Absolute) is used to inspect for surface-breaking defects. The versatile design adapts its shape as needed, its flexibility allowing it to avoid geometry obstacles in order to get to those hard to reach spots. With a tip diameter of 3.30 mm and length of 203.2 mm (8"), there's almost nowhere this probe can't go. The Adjustable Copper Shaft Derlin probe is identified with Nonferrous (NFe) and may be used on any suitable conductive material when used in conjunction with an Impedance plane instrument. Probes have Microdot connectors.
