Waygate Krautkramer Rightrax M2 Installed Sensor Corrosion Monitoring Sensors (rightrax-M2)

The Waygate Technologies Krautkramer RIGHTRAX M2, a Baker Hughes business product (formerly GE Inspection Technologies), comprises 14-element Copolymer flexible ultrasonic sensor that features a self adhesive ultrasonic bond. The complete sensor, including the electronics module is capable of operating at temperatures in excess of 120°C (250°F) continouously. Each transducer element within the film is accessed by means of the small control module that is part of the complete sensor.

The RIGHTRAX M2 is environmentally sealed and is simply connected to by means of a single high temperature coaxial cable and IP 68 sealed connector.

The RIGHTRAX M2 sensor has been approved to the following specifications:
- Ex II 3 G
- Ex nA II T6 (-20<Tp,85°C)
- Ex nA II T6 (-20<Tp,100°C)
- Ex nA II T6 (-20<Tp,120°C)
