    Description

    The XMS is a durable, versatile sensor designed for automated XRF analysis, ideal for in-line quality checks and various industrial uses. Weighing less than 2 kg, its rugged design makes it highly portable and resistant to shocks, vibration, humidity, and dust. It also features an XML-based API, enabling easy integration with coding languages like Python, C, and VB.

    The XMS is built to deliver automated XRF measurement in challenging industrial environments. Its detector is shielded by a graphene-based protective window for durability, maintaining high performance. With the optional helium purge nozzle, the XMS can detect elements down to Sodium, surpassing other automated XRF systems.

    The portable XMS is easy to move between production lines or take on-site. Its compact design allows it to be positioned close to samples in tight spaces, like rock core sample boxes or packaged goods.
