    Description

    The Traveler Ⅱ CWI Visual Training Bend Kit is designed to be very light weight and easy for transport. All welds are a nominal Single V Groove bevel.

    Kit Specifications:
    • Material, polyurethane (gray color)
    • Flaws / Indications, each specimen contains approximately ~3 to 5 indications for a total of 15+ indications.  Some bends have no flaws.
    • Please note the flaws / indications are intended to be “borderline” acceptable or rejectable. The end user (CWI) must make that determination.
    • These specimens can be used in conjunction with the following codes; AWS D1.1 & D1.5, ASME and API weld inspection.

    Documentation:
    • Includes C of C, CAD drawings & Test Sheets
