Description
The TABSHOOTER Leak Detection Camera is a versatile inspection system designed to quickly locate and visualize compressed air and gas leaks, vacuum leaks, steam leaks, mechanical faults, and high-voltage partial discharges.
Using advanced acoustic imaging technology, the TABSHOOTER allows operators to both see and hear ultrasonic sound sources through the built-in speaker or headphones. It can detect ultrasound generated by leaks, friction, impacts, mechanical issues, and electrical partial discharges, while PRPD (Phase-Resolved Partial Discharge) analysis helps identify and evaluate high-voltage electrical faults. The system can also detect lower-frequency sounds beginning at approximately 2 kHz.
For expanded condition monitoring capabilities, an optional **256 × 192 pixel infrared thermal camera** provides temperature measurements from **-20°C to +550°C**, allowing users to identify abnormal hot spots alongside acoustic sources.
By combining acoustic imaging, ultrasonic detection, partial discharge analysis, and optional thermal imaging in a single platform, the TABSHOOTER is well suited for preventive and predictive maintenance, energy-loss reduction, compressed air system inspections, and electrical equipment monitoring.
Photos, videos, and measurement data can be stored directly in the device and transferred to a PC for documentation and inspection report creation.
