Ofil Swift Corona Camera with DayCor for UAV & Surveillance (SWIFT)

   

If you require surveillance of high and medium voltage electrical installations from a fixed location or with a UAV then the DayCor® Swift is an excellent choice. The DayCor® Swift detects corona and arcing with its bispectral UV visible camera. The camera offers excellent scanning & corona detection and can be setup with pan & tilt capabilities with 360-degree rotation. Swift records and transmits videos corona during the daytime using Ofil's proprietary DayCor® technology.

Corona events are detected and transmitted in real time. Swift sends detailed images of inspected sites with pinpointed accuracy of electrical faults. If there are any changes in real-time occurrences of corona, Swift can send you alerts as soon as those changes are detected. Swift is ideal for inspections in hard to reach areas as it is remote controlled for both wired or wireless applications.

DAYCOR® TECHNOLOGY INSIDE

The DayCor® technology embedded in Swift is entirely solar blind and detects UV signals in full daylight while eliminating noise and false signals (Registered Patent EP1112459B1). Swift is certified for UV radiation detection and follows industry standard IEC 60270:2000.

REAL TIME INFORMATION

Swift is highly sensitive at detecting UVc radiation of corona from distances as close as 1.5m (4.9 feet), and transfers identified discharges in real-time. The camera operates continuously without interruption and will not overheat.

REMOTELY CONTROLLED

Using RS232 communication protocol, Swift is completely remote controlled.

SIMPLE INSTALLATION & LIGHT

DayCor® Swift can be easily installed or removed from wherever you choose to mount it. It weighs only 1.4kg | 3.08 lbs.

STABILIZED PLATE

The camera comes with a rigid, stabilizing plate to keep it in place once installed. This plate can be easily removed or repositioned depending on your needs.

CLEAR VIDEO & IMAGES

Whether attached to a fixed location or moving, DayCor® Swift transmits clear, sharp images that pinpoint corona sources without smearing surrounding objects.

VIDEO STREAMING

Swift streams live video to a remote monitor so you can view emitted corona and the emitting objects in real time. Your system can be setup as a stand alone camera or combined with IR or HD devices as needed.
