    Description



    The RT Stacked Kit is engineered for RT technicians to adjust the shot thickness from 0.25" to 2" T. The plate specimen features tick marks in 2" increments along its edges, enabling quick adjustments to the plate's axial position and subsequently shifting the flaw locations along the weld axis. Additionally, the kit's design allows the technician to shuffle the plates from top to bottom, offering thousands of possible combinations for plate thicknesses and flaw locations.

    Certificate of Conformance As Built CAD Drawings RT Film & Technician Sheet (RT per ASME Sec. V) Measuring & Test Equipment Certificates Test Sheets (used during technician training and testing)

    • Of the 8 plates, 6 contain flaws and 2 are blanks
