    Description

The QSV-B Sound velocity gauge with manual thickness entry.

The QSV Series speed meters are fast, precise, and versatile tools. They are perfect for determining the type (gray/nodular) and nodularity percentage in foundries, as well as identifying various materials. To streamline the measurement process, you can manually input the thickness of the piece or use a gauge for quicker results.

    Product Features:
    Measuring range: 1 to 500mm with a 0.01mm resolution
    Velocity range: 100 to 19999m/s
Digital caliper compatibility for faster and more reliable measurements
Alarms with minimum value hold feature
Memory capacity for 5,000 data points
AUTO 1-step calibration without the need for a Cal Key
    USB connectivity for data transfer
    Basic statistics in measurement
    Velocity calculation and adjustment
5-year warranty on the electronic unit (model-dependent, see Models section)
Models with Datalogger include DMQ DataCenter at no additional cost

    Models:
    QSV B
    QSV DL
    QSV DLC-I
    QSV DLC-M

    Transducers:

A wide variety of transducers available for measuring range from 0.8mm to 500mm in different attenuations, conditions, and materials
    Digital Caliper Interface:

Connect a compatible gauge (e.g., InSize model 1108 or Mitutoyo with Digimatic® output) to enter the thickness of the piece being measured, enabling accurate ultrasonic speed calculation
    Applications:

Ideal for determining foundry types, calculating nodularity percentage (note: electronic unit does not perform nodularity calculation), and cataloging materials based on their rate of propagation
    General Specifications:
