PH Tool Phased Array Type A Blocks (PAIIW)

PH Tool Phased Array “Type A” Calibration Blocks are used during the initial setup and calibration of a phased array ultrasonic unit. "Type A" blocks are offered in US customary units of measurement and metric units of measurement. These blocks can be used to perform tasks such as beam angle verification, calibration for wedge delay, sensitivity calibration, performing DAC/TCG, and more. "Type A" blocks have similar dimensions to an IIW-Type Block, but are specially-engineered for phased array applications. Block dimensions are 25.0 mm thick x 100.0 mm tall x 300.0 mm long in metric and 1.000" thick x 4.000" tall x 12.00" long in US customary. Materials available include 7075-T6 Aluminum, 1018 Steel, 304 Stainless Steel, and Special Alloy.
PH Tool Phased Array “Type A” Calibration Blocks are in accordance with PH Tool Drawing No. 10217 and PH Tool Drawing 10237.
Material Certification is included with all blocks.
