    Description

    The FlawTech FPI/ET Practical Exam Specimens are designed to replicate “basic” aerospace geometries and include a mix of flaw types designed to be detected with Fluorescent Penetrant and Eddy Current inspection.

    Material: 
    • Carbon Steel

    Flaws: 
    • 3x randomly placed flaws per specimen.
    • Flaws will consist of surface breaking Cracks and Pores.

    Manufacturing Documentation: 
    • FlawTech can submit design drawings for customer review and approval if preferred 

    Final Documentation: 
    • Certificate of Conformance, Final Acceptance Inspection, “As Built” CAD drawing and Measuring & Test Equipment Certificates.
