The Gould-Bass UAES-404 Electrostatic Spray Booth System processes parts through an electrostatic penetrant application system. The electrostatic spray gun and the exhaust blower are interlocked to prevent spraying penetrant without activating the exhaust fan. This System has a split roof, a 12" tubeaxial exhaust extraction system with filter bank, a full roller grille, and a mounted drum pump or pressure pot complete with necessary regulators, filters, and gauges.
The UAES-404 has a maximum component size of 24" x 24" x 24". A 480VAC 3 phase 60 Hz 1/2" airline is required with this System.
