The MO230 is a uniquely designed moisture meter that features a digital LCD readout with an accompanying analog bar graph and numerical display. It provides simultaneous digital readings of moisture content paired with ambient temperature or humidity, alongside an analog bar graph illustrating moisture levels, maximum moisture values, and a user-programmable wet/dry indication.
Versatile in its application, the MO230 can be used on various materials, including wood, paper, wallboard, sheetrock, cardboard, plaster, concrete, and mortar. The device's memory holds calibrations for three distinct wood groups and four building material groups, which cover approximately 150 wood species and 19 types of building materials.
Its Index Mode, featuring programmable high and low values, allows for the rapid location of moisture through comparative measurements. The MO230 is equipped with replaceable threaded measurement electrode pins and encased in an impact-proof housing for durability.
For added convenience, the MO230 features an auto power-off function to conserve battery life, operates on batteries for portable use, and includes a built-in battery check and measurement verification test. Each unit comes complete with a protective cap, replacement pins, and three CR-2032 button batteries for immediate use.
