    The Ultimate NDT Training and Testing Flawed Specimen Kit is designed to facilitate comprehensive training and testing across six different NDT methods: UT, RT, MT, PT, VT, and ET. It includes 30 flaws that encompass a wide spectrum of pre-service and in-service flaw types, making it ideal for evaluating and comparing indication responses among the various NDT methods. The kit features a set of 10 specimens made from mild carbon steel alloy, with options for custom alloys available upon request. Each specimen is meticulously crafted to incorporate three distinct flaws, ensuring a total of 30 detectable flaws throughout the kit. This design enables effective practice and proficiency development in non-destructive testing applications.

    • UT Inspection Reports
    • RT, Digital & Film Radiograph Film and Technician Sheet
    • Measuring & Test Equipment Certificates

    Each specimen contains flaws that are designed to be detectable using multiple NDT methods.

    • Flaws are detectable by a variety of NDT methods; VT, MT, PT, UT (Conventional & PAUT), RT, ET.
    • Please note that not all flaws are detectable with every method.
