    Description

    The Magnaflux ST700 overhead LED UV flood lamp with high-intensity UV-A illumination is an inspection-grade flood lamp designed for the non-destructive testing industry. The ST700 is designed for use in applications such as fluorescent penetrant and magnetic particle testing.

    The ST700 emits an ultra-wide, even beam of UV-A light directly onto the inspection area, enabling quick and thorough inspections of parts with minimal part handling time. The high-intensity beam from the ST700 makes indications on parts stand out bright and clear, improving the efficiency and accuracy of inspections. The integrated filter along with Magnaflux's proprietary optics minimize the amount of visible light emitted and prevent degradation of the UV light emitted.

    The ST700 is strong, made of durable aluminum and performs in severe working conditions. The light comes with many mounting and angling options that allow it to be set up anywhere along the inspection cycle, including mag benches, inspection booths and wash stations.

    The Magnaflux ST700 comes certified to meet stringent NDT standards for LED UV lamps and is certified for Aerospace Prime and OEM specifications for its emission spectrum and beam profile. 

    Each light comes with a certificate of conformance to meet or exceed all current specifications for use with fluorescent liquid penetrant and magnetic particle testing.
