    Description

    HIGH Z is well suited for testing on curved, rough and/or corroded surfaces that require a high acoustic impedance. HIGH Z provides the highest acoustic impedance of all Sonotech couplants, thus reducing surface noise and improving coupling performance for flaw inspection or thickness gaging metals, especially those with rough surfaces. High Z's acoustic impedance enables its application in the ultrasonic inspection of cement dams and bridges.
