The Sonotech Soundclear is an environmentally benign ultrasonic couplant designed to hold overhead surfaces and fill depressions for use in flaw detection, thickness gauging and acoustic emission testing. This water-based, water soluble couplant meets nuclear specifications for halogens, sulfur and low melting point metals while also providing humectants to slow drying.
Grade 60 has a viscosity of 170,000 cps (Brookfield Helipath Spindle E @ 1.5 rpm).
The Sonotech Soundclear GR60 is available in a case of 12 x 8 oz bottles, a case of 4 x 1 gallon containers, a 1 gallon container, a 5 gallon container and a 55 gallon drum.

SOUNDCLEAR meets the Chlorine and Sulfur requirements specified in NAVSHIPS MIL-STD-767.
