The Synergys LeakShooter LKS1000-V2+IR Ultrasonic Leak Detector is the latest version of the V2 LeakShooter, now with a thermal camera. The LeakShooter-V2+IR can detect leakages in compressed air, compressed gases, vacuum, steam, and also analyze thermal situations. The thermal camera is a FLIR Lepton, 160 x 120 pixels, with a full screen view in 3 different color palettes. The thermal camera also includes an auto min/max and central cursors. More applications include detection of electrical resistive defaults, electrical high voltage capacitive defaults,tightness tests and seal integrity, and thermal analysis with medium resolution.
With the LeakShooter V2+IR, users can see and hear ultrasounds stemming from leakages, mechanical problems, and high voltage partial discharges while viewing a thermal image. For preventative and predictive maintenance, as well as energy savings, the improved LKS1000-V2+IR is the ideal dual technology device. All measurement data stored on the device can be downloaded to a PC for further review and creating reports.
