    Description

    The Foerster Koerzimat 1.097 HCJ Measuring System is a measuring system for the precise, geometry-independent measurement of the coercive field strength of steel, hard metals and powder metallurgical components. Volume-specific saturation polarization Js correlate to a variety of important process parameters and material properties. Koerzimat Measuring Systems are ideal for labs and researching facilities performing a variety of content determination, metal testing, and quality control inspections. 

    Software controls individual and series of measurements, with a database for collecting the data and saving parameter sets. Control this light weight and compact system with a PC. Determination of coercivity is in accordance with IEC 60404-7.

    Measurement of coercive field strength (A/m, Oe) and Relative Remanence JR (µT) is geometry-independent with no required specimen prep, making this measuring system ideal for parts of complex sizes and shapes. A remote port allows for automation and data access. Measuring range for the HCJ is 0-100 kA/m HCJ, with a magnetization field strength up to 450 kA/m. Measure extremely small and low magnetized components with a magnetic stray flux < 0.02 µT.
