The GAL Gap Wedge Gauges are ideal for Pipe Welding that requires specific gap widths. This Gauge ensures that pipe gap and fit-up are perfect, and minimizes internal misalignment. The Gap Wedge Gauges replace wedges and gap rods to improve speed and quality while welding. This stepped Gauge can hammer in, pry open, and gauge the desired gap with a high rate of consistency. This gauges also allows the user to place higher quality root passes quickly.
Gap Wedge Gauges come in varying widths and lengths, including 3/4" x 3", 1 1/4" x 6", and 1 3/4 x 8". Measurements are in Imperial units.
