The CircoFlux Family is a product from Foerster that is used for AC field leakage testing of Ferromagnetic steel bars.
This product is ideally suited for use of non-destructive surface testing using the magnetic flux leakage method.
CircoFlux is made up of two products. These two products are the CircoFlux DS and the CircoFlux Sensor Systems.
The CircoFlux DS is a high precision testing machine for ferromagnetic steel bars with a rotating probe and it is guaranteed to achieve reproducible crack detection for hot rolled ferromagnetic steel bars with the help of the automatic adjustment process. This system has integrated diagnostic functions that ensure accurate automatic test results as well as high-precision testing of black materials for longitudinal defects. It is operated by touchscreen in the Foerster design.
The CircoFlux Sensor Systems reliably detect small surface defects. It was pivoting test levers for tolerating non-straight material and protects against damage and destruction of the test elements. The central adjusters minimize the risk of adjustment errors.
