The Extech EX655 AC/DC Clamp Meter features True RMS, providing accurate readings while measuring distorted or noisy waveforms, and Low Impedence mode, eliminating false readings caused by ghost voltages. The EX655 has a low pass filter that attenuates high frequencies to reduce noise. Inrush mode is available to capture current surges during motor startup. This Clamp Meter comes complete with test leads, general purpose bead wire temperature probe, and 3 AAA Batteries. A convenient auto-power off conserves battery life.
The EX655 Clamp Meter has a jaw size of 1.18" (30 mm) to accomodate conductors up to 350MCM. An LED worklight is installed in the meter to better illuminate the workspace.
