Circle Systems CircleSol M Magnetic Particle Insepction Carrier Oil (CSM)

CircleSol® M is a highly refined, non-destructive testing (NDT) approved petroleum-based carrier fluid for wet method magnetic particle testing. It has the highest flash point among oil-based suspension vehicles in the NDT industry, making it a non-flammable liquid according to 29 CFR 1910.106. CircleSol® M complies with global NDT standards and specifications, offering enhanced flexibility in your magnetic particle inspection process.

Its high flashpoint, low toxicity, and minimal odor improve environmental health and safety (EHS) by creating a more comfortable inspection area. CircleSol® M ensures excellent mobility and coverage for both fluorescent and nonfluorescent (visible) wet method magnetic particles, resulting in superior reliability.

An essential characteristic of CircleSol® M is its extremely low fluorescence, which is crucial for accurate inspections under UV-A lighting, as it prevents interference with the fluorescent magnetic particle inspection (MPI) process. When paired with Mi-Glow® 800, a brilliant and responsive wet method fluorescent magnetic particle, CircleSol® M enables faster inspection times and increased reliability.

Oil-based magnetic particle inspection systems, such as those using CircleSol® M, benefit from slower evaporation and easier bath maintenance compared to water-based systems. Additionally, CircleSol® M provides exceptional corrosion protection for inspection equipment and components.

For optimal results in wet method magnetic particle testing, CircleSol® M should be used with Mi-Glow® fluorescent or nonfluorescent wet method magnetic particle inspection products.
