    Description

    To ensure accurate conductivity measurements with the SIGMATEST 2.070, appropriate conductivity standards are used. The quality of the reference standard greatly affects the final measurement result, so the raw material must be homogeneous and meet various requirements.

    FOERSTER offers conductivity standards traceable to an AC measurement by the National Physical Laboratory (NPL), which is the most similar to eddy current testing and provides the best results considering all measurement uncertainties. Additionally, FOERSTER can provide standards based on a DC measurement by the Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt (PTB) upon request.
