Description


This entry-level laser shaft alignment system for horizontal machines features wireless transducers with digital inclinometers and a high-resolution (0.001mm) 30mm CCD detector with a laser emitter. It offers editable misalignment tolerances, a 3D view with a flip function, and tools for soft foot checking and thermal growth compensation. The system supports LIVE mode for horizontal corrections and SHIM calculations for vertical corrections. Users can create editable reports with machine pictures via USB. It includes an embedded 160x120 px FLIR LEPTON infrared camera and a 5MP digital camera, with an optional vibration analysis program and sensor (VSHOOTER+®) available.
