The Ardrox P6R penetrant system, designed for flaw detection, includes three aerosol products used in a specific sequence to identify surface defects in both metallic and non-metallic materials. The system comprises Ardrox P6R Red Penetrant, Ardrox 9D1B Developer, and a solvent penetrant remover. Depending on the desired flash point and evaporation rate, the solvent penetrant remover options include Ardrox 9PR5, Ardrox PR1, Ardrox 9PR50A, or Ardrox 9PR70. For enhanced sensitivity, Ardrox Overchek Developer can be used to examine components under ultraviolet light, offering greater sensitivity compared to standard color contrast penetrants. These products are specially formulated to ensure a high-quality, environmentally friendly penetrant inspection process.
