    Description

    Due to its' lightweight design, the FlawTech API-UT-1 Mini Kit mini kit is great for those who are regularly on the road. Similar in nature to the full-size API-UT-1, there are 4 specimens, each containing 3 flaws for a total of 12. 

    Documentation Package Includes: 

    • Certifcate of Conformance 
    • CAD Drawings 
    • Technician Test Sheets 
    • Measuring and Test Equipment Certifcates

    If you are planning on using a bulk of UT search units, specimens may be too small. If this is a concern for you, we recommend you take into account the AP-UT-1 kit. 

    Specs

    • Specimens are all carbon steel
    • 3 flaws per specimen, for a total of 12 
    • Total of 4 Specimens:
    • (1) Plate: 1” T x 7.5” W x 6” L
    • (1) Plate: 0.5” T x 6” W x 5” L
    • (1) Pipe: 8” Sch80 (180°) x 6” L
    • (1) Pipe: 12” Sch80 (90°) x 6” L
    • The flaw sizes are ½ the nominal size of those found in our standard API-UT-1 Kit
    • FlawTech advanced tolerance +/- 0.080″
