    Description

    GARDOCLEAN S 5249 is a highly alkaline liquid cleaner that is free of silicates and borates. It is a sodium and potassium hydroxide blend formulated for cleaning, de-phosphating, and removing polymer films from steel substrates including steel strips. Gardoclean S 5249 can be used in spray or immersion systems. 

    Gardoclean S 5249 was previously known as Gardo TP 10516. 

    APPLICATION PROCEDURE 

    Gardoclean S 5249 is effective in both recirculating spray systems and in immersion processes. If the work is heavily soiled, as Chemetall detergent additive can be added to the cleaner bath. Filtration and soil removal will help extend the life of the cleaner solution.
