The Magnaflux Daraclean® 238 is a great cleaner for use on a wide range of soils thanks to its mixture of surfactants, phosphates and corrosion inhibitors.
This aerospace approved, heavy duty cleaning solution is designed for immersion and ultrasonic applications and is safe for use with hard metals while being non-aggressive towards aluminum, magnesium and titanium alloys. The strength of this cleaner is its soil-rejecting qualities, lifting them from the part’s surface where the solids will then settle and float on the surface of the solution.
Daraclean® 238 has OEM Certifications including Boeing, Douglas, Lockheed and Pratt & Whitney. It complies with AMS 1526, ARP 1755, and ASTM F-483, F-484, F-485, F-502, F-519, F-945, F-1110, and F-1111. Daraclean® 238 is also SCAQMD Clean Air Certified.
Daraclean® 238 is an aerospace approved foaming, heavy-duty alkaline cleaning solution.
Formulated with a blend of surfactants, corrosion inhibitors and phosphates, Daraclean® 238 is an excellent cleaner for use on a broad spectrum of tough soils.
Designed for immersion and ultrasonic applications, Daraclean® 238 is safe for use with hard metals and is non-aggressive towards aluminum, magnesium and titanium alloys.
It possesses excellent soil-rejecting qualities, suspending soils in the cleaner for a short period of time after lifting from a part's surface. Over time, solids will settle out, and oil and grease droplets will coalesce and float on the surface of the solution.
Removal of soils can easily be accomplished using filters or skimmers as necessary. This action extends the useful life of Daraclean® 238 far beyond that of emulsion-type cleaning solutions.
