MagnaFlux Zyglo ZP-5B Water Suspendable Developer (01-3341-81)

ZP-5B is a white powder developer used in penetrant inspections to create a contrasting background for indications. Mixed with water, it quickly forms an opaque white suspension but requires constant agitation to prevent settling.

ZP-5B can be used to enhance fluorescent indications during FPI Type 1 testing or used at higher concentrations to form an opaque white background for visible / color-contrast Type 2 dye penetrant inspections.
