Water-Based Fluorescent Magnetic Particle Suspension
14A Aqua-Glo is a highly sensitive, water-based magnetic particle suspension designed for detecting very fine discontinuities in critical and hard-to-reach areas. It combines the benefits of a water bath with the convenience of portable packaging, making it ideal for spot inspections and situations where bulk processing is impractical.
This non-flammable formula contains high-sensitivity 14A fluorescent magnetic particles, primarily used for field testing with a portable magnetic field generator. Ready-to-use, 14A Aqua-Glo creates bright yellow-green fluorescent indications under ultraviolet light, ensuring clear and accurate inspections.
Applied to magnetized parts before inspection, 14A Aqua-Glo detects cracks, seams, inclusions, laps, tears, and flakes, whether on the surface or slightly sub-surface. It is suitable for testing forgings, welds, and similar components.
