Waygate Technologies Krautkramer VSY angle beam dual element transducers, Baker Hughes business products (formerly GE Inspection Technologies), are designed for testing small to mid-sized objects that cannot be tested with transverse waves and whose shapes require the use of small probes. These transducers are field-tested in detecting bonding flaws in all types of welds and soldered joints on parts with complex shapes. VSY transducers are 5 x 10 mm, come in 45°, 60° and 70° angles and feature side-mounted Microdot connectors.
